Reality check!


SO, FOR LAST 3 WEEKS I'VE TURNED OFF THE NOTIFICATIONS FOR ALL THE APPS EXCEPT FOR PHONECALLS AND MAIL. THE RESULT? My productivity has skyrocketed. Things which I haven't done for last few months. I completed them in this time period. Just realized how a small gesture like this can impact my life in the longer run. But, now I feel like I've slowly started to get back to my old habits. This time it's different; just that I didn't try to willfully stop myself from taking my phone and checking the apps; on the third week. Which is bad. My brain is so hardwired to these notifications that it's trying to bring it back. So, before I proceed, I just thought I'd share this with you guys..
